Servings: 16 pieces
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 100ml oil - of your choice
Preheat the over to 150 degrees.
Mix: In a large mixing bowl, empty contents of brownie mix and break up any clumps. Melt oil if needed. Add oil, eggs and water into the bowl. Mix well with spatula. Some small clumps may remain.
Fold in any additions to your brownie. Walnuts make a great addition and texture!
Bake: Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment baking paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until desired readiness.
Serve & store: Remove from the oven and leet cool for at least 30 minutes prior to serving. Once cool, refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
